For example, when you submit your email address to access our games and apps through Google Play store or Apple App Store, we receive information from a third party that provides automated fraud detection services to us. Do we share the information we collect with third parties?

We never deliberately collect data from children and users of undefined age. Could my information be transferred to other countries?

We are incorporated in Pakistan. Information collected via our apps available on Google Play Store and Diva Dress-Up Games , through direct interactions with you, or from the use of our games, may be transferred from time to time to our offices or to third parties, located throughout the world, and may be viewed and hosted anywhere in the world, including countries. To the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, by using any of the above, you voluntarily consent to the trans-border transfer and hosting of such information. The data is as per the defined guidelines of COPPA residents and EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Please note that laws vary from jurisdiction to jurisdiction, and so the privacy laws applicable to the places where your information is transferred to or stored, used or processed in, may be different from the privacy laws applicable to the place where you are resident.

Is the information collected through our Apps secure?

We take precautions to protect the security of your information. We do not support the collection of information from children as per Google Play Family Policy and we request usage of parental or adult accounts while using our apps. We have physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to help safeguard, prevent unauthorized access, maintain data security, and correctly use your information. However, neither people nor security systems are foolproof, including encryption systems. We cannot guarantee that unauthorized access, hacking, data loss, or other breaches will ever occur, and we cannot guarantee the security of your information while it is being transmitted to our Apps.

Any transmission is at your own risk. Changes to Application Privacy Policy Therefore, while we use reasonable efforts to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security. If applicable law imposes any non-disclaim able duty to protect your personal information, you agree that intentional misconduct will be the standard used to measure our compliance with that duty.

Sale of Business
